rates and Policies
Rates:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday nights are $180 per night
Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights are $225 per night
Peak Season Rates:
During the months of October, November and December all nights are $225 per night
Cleaning Fee is $175, but we waive this fee if you reserve 7 nights or more.
Pets considered: Pet fee is $150 per dog. You may bring your dogs along with you if you meet the following guidelines: Pets are allowed in the great room area, but you must agree to use the pet gates to keep them out of the bedroom areas. (We prefer to keep pets away from the bedrooms, but if you have a fur baby who will only sleep with you, then you can pay a deep cleaning fee on top of your pet fee. You must pay an additional $300 since pet dander in the bedrooms means washing walls, curtains, mattress protectors, vacuuming mattresses, washing pillows, etc., more than one day work for our cleaner and a lot of extra miles on our washer and dryer.) You must kennel pets if you plan to leave them at the cabin while you're gone during the day. You must pick up pet droppings from the yard. No pets who have a history of being aggressive to other animals are considered; our sweet neighbor's fur baby, Nala, drops by for an occasional visit. She is like family and we will not risk having her harmed. We have leather sofas. If you think your pet might be tempted to chew the sofas, please don't bring them.
Payment and Deposits: A nonrefundable deposit of one night's rent is due at the time of booking. The rest of the balance is due on the day of check-in.

Cash for Keys. We do not accept checks because of bounced checks and scams. Cash is accepted at the time of check-in, but we do not hand over the keys until you have paid in full.
We don't charge a damage deposit. We're entrusting you with our family's treasure. Please treat it with respect.
Occupancy: We comfortably accommodate 11. We are willing to consider groups of more than 11 depending on the circumstances. We're comfortable with guests setting up tents or campers in the yard or bringing some air mattresses along for extra sleeping space. We are more concerned with the nature of your gathering than with the number of your party. We are NOT comfortable with parties that involve loud people, loud music or excess alcohol consumption. We live only 1/4 mile from the cabin. We are part of the community and all the neighbors within earshot are our family and friends. We will NOT abide groups that disturb our loved ones. If we receive a complaint, you will be given 30 minutes to collect your things and leave and you will not receive a refund. This does not mean that the kids can't run around be wild in the yard, it just means that this isn't the place for partying. Family reunions, church retreats, and other peaceful groups are welcome. We do require an over-occupancy fee for groups exceeding 12. If your group includes 13-15 people, an overoccupancy fee of $750 will charged in addition to your rent; if your group includes 16+ an overoccupancy fee of $2,000 will be charged in addition to your rent. Groups of more than 11 must be disclosed to and approved by the owner.
Maximum Stay length is 28 days.
